Why most Perth trade websites miss the local job.
Perth is long and spread out. A patio builder in Alkimos, a painter in Fremantle and a sparky in Ellenbrook can be an hour apart, and their customers search by trade and suburb: electrician Baldivis, painter Mount Lawley, patios Wanneroo.
A five-page site with a suburb list in the footer gives Google one page for every one of those searches. The bigger option is a typical agency at $3,000 to $15,000, often with 50% upfront before you see a page.
Perth is still building out. Greater Perth added 58,100 people in 2024-25, the fastest growth of any capital city, and the biggest gains were in new estates like Alkimos and Eglinton, Brabham and Henley Brook, and Baldivis. Every one of those homes needs trades after handover.
WA has advertising rules of its own. Registered builders and painters must put their registration number in their ads, and electrical contractors must show their EC number. A website counts.
Ampliia builds a 30+ page site with a page for every service and every Perth suburb you work, your WA registration or EC number on every page, and quote requests going straight to your phone.
The fastest growing capital, still building out.
Perth is growing faster than any other capital, and in WA most of the housing money still goes into new homes. Here is what the published numbers say.
Greater Perth grew by 58,100 people (2.4%) in 2024-25, the fastest growth rate of any capital city. The biggest gain in WA was Alkimos - Eglinton, up 2,500.

We have no Perth Clients yet, so these are not live pages. They show how we would map Perth's northern, southern and eastern growth corridors for you: a page for each suburb you actually take work in, on your site, not ours.

What WA rules expect on a Perth tradie website.
WA's guidance names website advertisements, so your site has to carry the same registration number as your ute and your quotes.
- ·Registered builders and painters must include their registration number in their advertisements, under section 8 of the Building Services (Registration) Act 2011. The WA Government names website advertisements, so we put your number on every page.
- ·Building work valued over $20,000 needs a registered building contractor. For class 10a buildings, such as sheds, carports and garages, the figure is over $50,000.
- ·Electrical contractors must show their EC licence number in any advertisement for their contracting business, web pages included, under regulation 45(1) of the Electricity (Licensing) Regulations 1991. Building and Energy's example is EC 004700, conspicuously displayed.
- ·The WA Government's guide for registered builders says a penalty of up to $25,000 may apply. The fine written into section 8 itself is $5,000. Check with Building and Energy for how the two apply to you.

What goes into a Perth Build.
Dedicated Service Pages
Patios, retaining walls, solar, switchboard upgrades or repaints each get their own page and quote form. No crowded one-page list of everything you do.
Perth Suburb Pages
A page for each suburb you work, from Alkimos and Clarkson to Baldivis and Ellenbrook. Written for that area, so a local search lands on the right page.
Quote Form on Every Page
A mobile-first form that sends job details straight to your phone. No platform in the middle selling the same job to other tradies.
Tap-to-Call
A phone button on every page, so a homeowner in Butler or Success can ring you in one tap.
WA Registration & Real Proof
Your WA registration number, or your EC number if you are an electrical contractor, on every page, next to photos of your real jobs.
Free hosting, 100% yours
