What does the A$100 Deposit buy?

It starts your Build. We collect your business details, services, suburbs, logo and photos, then build the full site. You see the finished Preview within 3 business days of the Deposit and your details landing.

The Deposit goes toward the A$500 Setup Fee. The remaining A$400 is the Balance.

What if I do not approve the Preview?

You owe nothing more. The A$100 Deposit is not refunded, but there is no Balance to pay and no obligation. We will make changes until you are happy before asking for Approval. There is no limit on rounds and no extra charge.

How long does it take?

Accepted Answer

Preview ready within 3 business days of the Deposit and your details. Live after Approval, usually the same day.

What happens after my site goes live?

Accepted Answer

The Care Plan keeps your site live, hosted and looked after. The price is agreed on the call before any Deposit is paid. We handle hosting, maintenance and small updates. You do not need to touch anything technical.

Who owns the website?

Accepted Answer

Your domain, your logo, your photos and your words are always yours, whether you stay on the Care Plan, buy out, or leave. If you want the full site files, the A$1,000 Buyout gives you everything to host wherever you like. No ongoing Care Plan after that. If you stop the Care Plan without buying out, the site goes offline, but your Client Assets stay yours.

Is there a monthly cost?

Yes. The Care Plan is a monthly plan that keeps your site live and looked after. The price is agreed with you on the call and depends on the size of your Build.

Do you work with my trade?

Accepted Answer

If you are a trade or home-service business in Australia, yes. Painters are the anchor niche, but we build for electricians, plumbers, fencers, builders, landscapers, detailers, solar installers and more.

Do you work outside Victoria?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We are based in Geelong, Victoria, and build for tradies Australia-wide. The call is on Google Meet, so it does not matter where you are.

What do I need to provide?

Accepted Answer

Your business name, ABN, services you offer, suburbs you work in, phone number, logo, brand colours and job photos. We send you a short form after the Deposit that collects everything. You do not write copy or make design decisions. We handle all of it.
