Terms of Service
What you get for the A$500 Setup Fee, what the Deposit does, how the Care Plan works, and who owns what. Written in plain words, not legalese.

Who these terms are between
These terms govern your use of ampliia.ai (the "Site") and any website Build you order from Ampliia AI ("we", "us"), operated by Edris Nazari from Geelong, Victoria, serving trade and home-service businesses across Australia.
By browsing the Site, booking a call, or paying a Deposit, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
Nothing on this Site is a binding offer
Prices and inclusions on the Site describe what we normally provide. They are not an offer capable of acceptance. A paid engagement starts only once we have agreed scope with you on a call and you have paid the Deposit.
The Setup Fee, the Deposit and the Balance
The Setup Fee is A$500, paid in two parts:
- A$100 Deposit. This starts the Build. No Build begins before it is paid. The Deposit is not refunded once work has started.
- A$400 Balance. Due when you approve the finished Preview. If you do not approve it, no Balance is payable.
All prices are in Australian dollars. Where GST applies it will be shown on your invoice.
What you give us, and when the clock starts
To build your site we need your business details, your services, the suburbs you work in, a contact phone number, your logo if you have one, and photos of your work.
The Preview is ready within 3 business days of both the Deposit and those details reaching us. If details arrive late or in pieces, the 3 business days start from when the last of them lands.
You confirm that you own, or have permission to use, everything you send us, and that it is accurate. You are responsible for the accuracy of licence numbers, insurance details and any claims about your own business that appear on your site.
Changes and Approval
We make changes until you are happy with the Preview. There is no limit on rounds and no extra charge for them, provided the changes are within the scope we agreed on the call.
Approval means you have told us the site is right. At that point the Balance falls due and we put the site live, usually the same day, though going live depends on your domain and its DNS, which we do not control.
Work that is clearly outside the agreed scope, such as an online shop, a booking system, a second website, or a large number of extra pages beyond what we discussed, is quoted separately before we start it.
The Care Plan
The Care Plan keeps your site hosted, maintained and looked after month to month. Its price is agreed with you on the call before any Deposit is paid, because it depends on the size of the Build.
It is a month to month arrangement. Either of us can stop it with 30 days notice. If the Care Plan stops and you have not bought out, the site goes offline, because we host it. Your own material stays yours either way.
Who owns what
Yours, always. Your domain, your logo, your photos, your words, your business information and any customer enquiries the site receives. These stay yours whether you stay on the Care Plan, buy out, or leave.
Ours, until you buy out. The site files, the templates, the code and the underlying build system. While you are on the Care Plan you have a licence to use them for your business for as long as the Care Plan runs.
The Buyout. A$1,000 at any time after Approval transfers the site files to you outright. You can then host them wherever you like and the Care Plan stops. We may still show the work in our portfolio unless you ask us in writing not to.
What we do not promise
We build sites so that every service and every suburb has its own page, which is structured to improve local search visibility. We do not promise any ranking, any position in search results, any amount of traffic, any number of enquiries, or any revenue. Search engines decide those things and no one can guarantee them.
We are not responsible for outages, changes or pricing at third parties we rely on, such as your domain registrar, hosting providers, Google, or Meta.
Your rights under Australian Consumer Law
Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms limits those rights. Where we are entitled to limit our liability, we limit it to resupplying the service or paying the cost of having it resupplied.
Apart from those guarantees, and to the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is capped at the fees you have paid us in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for lost profits or lost business.
Ending the arrangement
You can stop the Care Plan at any time with 30 days notice. We can do the same, and we will give you a reasonable chance to move your domain and export anything of yours before the site comes down.
We may stop work or take a site offline if fees stay unpaid after we have asked for them, or if a site is being used for something unlawful, misleading, or in breach of a platform rule or professional licensing requirement.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version published here on the day you pay a Deposit is the one that applies to that Build. These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
