Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of ampliia.ai (the "Site") and any website Build you order from Ampliia AI ("we", "us"), operated by Edris Nazari from Geelong, Victoria, serving trade and home-service businesses across Australia.

By browsing the Site, booking a call, or paying a Deposit, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

Prices and inclusions on the Site describe what we normally provide. They are not an offer capable of acceptance. A paid engagement starts only once we have agreed scope with you on a call and you have paid the Deposit.

The Suburb Job Magnet Website is $3,000 once-off, with no monthly fee. It is paid in two parts:

• $1,000 Deposit. This starts the Build. No Build begins before it is paid. The Deposit is not refunded once work has started.
• $2,000 Balance. Due when you approve the finished Preview, before it goes live on your domain. If you do not approve it, no Balance is payable.

The 10-Page Starter is $1,500 once-off, paid the same way: a $750 Deposit to start the Build and a $750 Balance on Approval, before it goes live. Deposit and Balance is the only way to pay.

All prices are in Australian dollars. Where GST applies it will be shown on your invoice.

To build your site we need your business details, your services, the suburbs you work in, a contact phone number, your logo if you have one, and photos of your work.

The Preview is ready within 72 hours (3 business days) of both the Deposit and those details reaching us. If details arrive late or in pieces, the 72 hours (3 business days) start from when the last of them lands.

You confirm that you own, or have permission to use, everything you send us, and that it is accurate. You are responsible for the accuracy of licence numbers, insurance details and any claims about your own business that appear on your site.

We make changes until you are happy with the Preview. There is no limit on rounds and no extra charge for them, provided the changes are within the scope we agreed on the call.

Approval means you have told us the site is right. At that point the Balance falls due and we put the site live, usually the same day, though going live depends on your domain and its DNS, which we do not control.

Work that is clearly outside the agreed scope, such as an online shop, a booking system, a second website, or a large number of extra pages beyond what we discussed, is quoted separately before we start it.

We put your site live on free lifetime cloud hosting, with quote form emails sent straight to your inbox. There is no monthly fee for hosting, and no Care Plan to sign up to for the website.

Your domain is registered in your name with your own registrar. Its renewal is paid by you to the registrar and is not part of our price.

Yours, 100% outright. The code files of your site, your domain, the copy we write for you, your logo and brand assets, your photos, your business information and any customer enquiries the site receives. Ownership of the site files passes to you in full once the Balance is paid.

Ours. Our general know-how and the reusable tools and processes we use to make every Build. You can use, change and host your own site however you like.

We may still show the work in our portfolio unless you ask us in writing not to.

We may place a discreet “Website by Ampliia AI” credit in the footer of your site, linking to ampliia.ai.

We also show finished sites in our portfolio at ampliia.ai/work and in video walkthroughs unless you ask us in writing not to.

We build sites so that every service and every suburb has its own page, which is structured to improve local search visibility. We do not promise any ranking, any position in search results, any amount of traffic, any number of enquiries, or any revenue. Search engines decide those things and no one can guarantee them.

We are not responsible for outages, changes or pricing at third parties we rely on, such as your domain registrar, hosting providers, Google, or Meta.

Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms limits those rights. Where we are entitled to limit our liability, we limit it to resupplying the service or paying the cost of having it resupplied.

Apart from those guarantees, and to the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is capped at the fees you have paid us in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for lost profits or lost business.

For the Website there is no ongoing plan to cancel. Once the Balance is paid, the site is yours and there is nothing further to end.

We may stop work or take a site offline if fees stay unpaid after we have asked for them, or if a site is being used for something unlawful, misleading, or in breach of a platform rule or professional licensing requirement.

We may update these terms. The version published here on the day you pay a Deposit is the one that applies to that Build. These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
