Why most Central Coast trade websites miss the local job.
The Central Coast is a long run of towns between the Hawkesbury and Lake Macquarie. A renovator in Terrigal, a family in a new Woongarrah estate and a homeowner in Umina Beach all search by trade and suburb: plumber Erina, painter Woy Woy, builder Hamlyn Terrace.
A five-page site with a suburb list in the footer gives Google one page for every one of those searches. The bigger option is a typical agency at $3,000 to $15,000, often with 50% upfront before you see a page.
It's a bigger market than most people think. The Central Coast council area is home to 357,816 people, more than the City of Newcastle or Wollongong, and its homeowners had $166 million of alterations and additions approved in 2025-26.
NSW adds a rule of its own. Ads for residential building work and specialist work have to carry your licence number, and NSW Fair Trading lists the internet as advertising. A website built without it is an ad without it.
Ampliia builds a 30+ page site with a page for every service and every Central Coast suburb you work, your licence details on every page, and quote requests going straight to your phone.
More people than Newcastle or Wollongong.
Here is what the ABS figures say about the Central Coast council area.
People in the Central Coast council area at 30 June 2025, up 2,462 (0.7%) in a year. That is more than the City of Newcastle (178,935) or Wollongong (224,327).

We have no Central Coast Clients yet, so these are not live pages. They show how we would map the Peninsula, the beaches and the northern growth area for you: a page for each suburb you actually take work in, on your site, not ours.

What NSW Fair Trading expects on a Central Coast website.
In NSW, the building trade advertising rules cover the internet as well as print, TV and radio, so your website has to meet them too.
- ·Your name or registered business name and your contractor licence number must be shown in all advertising. NSW Fair Trading also asks for the licence category of work and a business phone number. We put all of it on every page of your Build.
- ·You need a contractor licence to carry out, advertise or contract for residential building work over $5,000 in labour and materials, including GST. Specialist work, such as electrical, plumbing, draining, gasfitting and air conditioning, needs one at any value.
- ·Leaving those details off an ad carries a maximum penalty of $1,100 for an individual and $2,200 for a company under the Home Building Regulation 2014. Because every page carries them, there is nothing for you to remember.
- ·You can't state a price that is only part of the cost unless the full single price is also clearly stated. If your Build shows prices, we write them as full prices.

What goes into a Central Coast Build.
Dedicated Service Pages
Kitchens, bathrooms, decks, fencing or repaints each get their own page and quote form. No crowded one-page list of everything you do.
Central Coast Suburb Pages
A page for each suburb you work, from Woy Woy and Terrigal to Bateau Bay and Hamlyn Terrace. Written for that area, so a local search lands on the right page.
Quote Form on Every Page
A mobile-first form that sends job details straight to your phone. No platform in the middle selling the same job to other tradies.
Tap-to-Call
A phone button on every page, so a homeowner in Kincumber or Lake Haven can ring you in one tap.
NSW Licence & Real Proof
Your NSW contractor licence number, licence category and business phone on every page, next to photos of your real jobs.
Free hosting, 100% yours
Built mobile first from 375px up and to score 100/100 on Google PageSpeed. Free cloud hosting at $0 a month, and the code files, domain and copy are 100% yours.
