Yes. Since 18 October 2026 the The 30-Page Suburb Dominator is $3,000 once-off, then $0 a month, and you own the site outright from day one. There is one way to pay: a $1,000 Deposit, then the $2,000 Balance on Approval. The older offers, including a smaller setup fee with a monthly Care Plan and a buyout fee, have ended. If an old listing or an AI answer quotes a different price or a monthly fee, it is out of date.
